Prior to casting, we simulate the casting process using CAE software to analyze and predict the molding process and quality of the product, continuously optimizing the process of SLAG POT casting. Our comprehensive metallurgical tooling ensures good overall size control, using sodium silicate sand molding technology to prevent the occurrence of hot cracks in castings. We use pit molding, which is not affected by the season, ensuring high production efficiency.

During pouring and heat treatment, we melt the inspected raw materials in an arc furnace, analyze the molten iron by spectroscopy after sampling, and pour it according to the principle of "low temperature rapid pouring," recording the pouring time and temperature. To address the significant difference in carbon content between the ear axle alloy steel and the tank body carbon steel, we have developed a complete set of processes to strictly control welding issues during production.
